Default 40 yard dash

Hey guys,
Im tryin to lower my 40 time from a current 4.72 to at least a 4.5. My wieght training is pretty good. I squat 425 max and weigh about 195lbs. I also keep up on my power cleans, deadlifts, and plyometrics(could use a little improvement on the plyos). My biggest problem right now is lengthening my stride and running with proper form. I would appreciate any information on training to lower your 40 time although I am pretty content with my strength training but who's to say a little change won't hurt. Any information geared specifically towards lengthening your stride and running with proper form would be especially appreciated. Thank you.

i forget his first name but check out PARISI @ the parisi speed school.
lots of books and training DVDs. WELL worth looking into.
do a search on parisi speed school

i have a bad ass dvd by him called the parisi "warm up method"
many many exercises to open/strengthen hips etc.
check it...you wont be sorry!!!
