That won't help the injectables clear faster bro. Keep the d-bol dose high as the injectables decline so gains continue well in the 4th week.
D-bol clears in 24 hours or so.

If you don't want to use 50 of d-bol for 4 weeks then try 30 for for weeks....but it might cost you a few pounds of gain.

You can gain well working each muscle group only once directly per week while on these short cycles but you have to train really hard...including deep very hard squatting.


So if you are gaining while training each muscle group once a week without gear then you will gain better training each group once a week with gear...its just that I think most guys can get away with training each group a little more frequently for a short period of time while on steroids(short cycles) Steroids help recuperation abilities.
The increased frequency may result in more total gain over a short time period.

What I am not in favor of is training 6 and 7 days a week at any time, even on a lot of gear. The average guy(most) with genetically typical recuperative powers( most) will not gain at their optimal level training this frequently even on roids.

While "on' gear I think most guys will do best training 3-5 days a week. While "natural" most guys will do best training 2-4 days a week.

This I have learned oever 25 plus years of training and 15 years of being a trainer of both steroid users and naturals.

you said extend to 19 days for prop
20 days for tren
21 days for d-bol for 3 to 4 weekers

what I ment was extend the dbol a little longer because the tren and prop might still be some what supressive and starting pct at day 22 may be premature? no? (even thought they are fast acting)

Well I think the test will be low enough the 3rd day after the last injection to warrent SERM use(clomid or nolva)...maybe the 4th day.
Tren should be low enough on the second day after the lst injection...actually you are probably correct... another day would likely be needed ...so you could stop the tren after day 20.

D-bol clears rapidly in about 24 hours.

Also, you certainly don't have to do exactly 21 days for a three weeker. I am just giving general ideas.

NOTE*** There is no penalty for starting SERMS to soon but there is a penalty for string them too late.

What do you mean ... you train chest,back,shoulder and arms the same day?

Is this what you do?

MON - Legs, lower back
Wed- chest, back, shoulders, arms
Fry - Legs, lower back
Mon- chest, back, shoulders, arms
...
Is it like that?
