I shot deca in right glute last friday.. Things went fine until yesterday (sunday) The pain/soreness has spread up to right side of lower back where this aching "lump" has formed underneath... Right above glute and below lower back.. next to the right of spine.. Still I was real proper with hygien, injected by the book, and massaged muscle in the shower afterwards. Needless to say, I'm starting to get a lil' sweaty here... Is this shit abnormal? I've heard guys not being able to walk for like a week after shooting and so.. It doesn't hurt THAT bad but still one is worried you know... Any comments? Someone?

Any fever, lethargy or loss of appetite? Is the redness localized or dispersed? Does the pain seem to center around one area and get milder the further you touch away from it? True abcesses are usually accompanied by a fever, as your immune system is working overtime to kill invading bacteria. My right ass cheek once doubled in size after a shot. Literally. No fever so I wasn't worried. After a week it went away.

It's probably just a non-lymphatic carcinomic gastro-interferomal pancreatic dysinterial hemotomic cardio-hemmoragical plasmatic anal bubble. Nothing to worry about. Just keep an eye on it for redness and swelling. I'm sure you'll be fine! 😀

Nope.. no fever, loss of appetite or bad feeling of any kind! And the area is not red or anything.. The pain is centered to one area and gets milder further away..

anyone else had similiar symtoms? I'm just worried I struck a nerve or something.. trying not to be a pussy or so but you hear guys mumbling 'bout horror stories guys being fking crippled and shit! hehe..

If you hit a nerve, you would know it right away. Did you exercise legs after your shot? Soreness and sometimes pain is quite normal. You're body will get used to it.

I had a very similar experience with Deca. It will pass in time took mine over a week to pass.

ok but what causes this stuff??!?! I didn't workout legs until today, by the way.. Is it good the train them right after or wait for a while..?

i used to get very painful swelling from sust or deca. needed a drug called "dylosin" or "dilosyn"(thats the brand name,not the drug name.) i live in aust and its available down here so maybe a search through australian med sites might help. it basically flattened the swelling and soreness immediatley. blackninja.

Everyone has a different opinion on shooting the site before or after working out. I like to hit them the next day after I've worked em. Try different ideas to find what's best or most comfortable for you.

Just your muscle having a reaction to a foreign substance. Something irritated it. What brand are you using?
