I'm going to be playing semi-pro football next season and I lost a lot of size and strength, mostly because I had a bad shoulder and I'm trying to catch up after I had surgery this past Nov. In 2 weeks I'll be ready to start pumpin it again. What can anyone suggest about this.
is there anyone around know about football that can give some ideas, thats terrible.
