will someone take a look at this cycle & tell me what i need to do if anything or if it looks ok...?

It would be better if you let us know what your goals are.
Your D-bol doses are low, but that is a long stretch with a very short break in between.
The EQ and deca work somewhat the same. Doses are a bit high. What cycle # is this for you?
Your Sust dose is really low. If you want to prevent Decadick, you need to run the Test at least 100mg higher than the Deca. And don't stop the Sust at week 12.
The Sust, Deca, and EQ all take 3 weeks to clear out. So if you opt to run all of them, run them an equal time.
Depending on your cycle history we can advise doses and possibly the products.
Test is almost always at least 500mg per week.
The EQ will work best at 400mg per week.
Deca-300mg will do the trick.
D-bol, you can actually run about 35 or 40mg per day.
And the HCG, you can run 500iu twice per week starting at about week 6 of the cycle.

Height: 5'10"
Weight: 185-190lbs
Nutrition: 1.5-2g of protein per lb of bodyweight (40g/day)
2g of carbs per lb of bodywieght (52g/day)
Weight Training: Monday - chest
Tuesday - bi's & tr's
Wed. - back & shoulders
Thurs. - always legs
Fri, Sat. Sun - depends on how i feel...if i feel i need to work on something i didnt concentrate enough on then i will take a day off then go back & hit pretty good...or i will work some calve or traps or just take the wkd off...something like that

Cycle Experience: started AAS 2 1/2 years ago... this is my 3rd real cycle eating the way i should eat & that kind of thing

Medical Conditions: none

* I feel like i have my diet nailed down pretty good...i still have to tweek things here & there, but i really want this cycle to work in a big way. the first year & a half that i used AAS the guy was just feeding me shit to keep me lean but i had no muscle to show...now i have a very good base to work with, or maybe more than just a base...i am not BIG by no means, being as i am only 185lbs. or so at the mometn...

Long Term Goal: i would like to be around 220-225lbs & be the look that
Dexter Jackson has...i know i have to take small steps 1st
1st though...

Short Term Goal: I want to do a local show next May...i need to put on some
leg size & need to get my biceps up (they struggle to
grow!!!).
In actuallity i feel i can be around 210 or so & be ok &
have to drop back off to be shredded...just have to pound it
out & eat right all the time, which i can do....

that is my info. if you need anything else, please let me know. i actually got most of this cycle from a guy on the forum about a month ago.
