I recently had some blood work done due to my age and some recent heavy drinking.
MY Liver enzyme count was at 200. normal is under 160
My bad cholesterol was again 60 points higher than normal.
My blood pressure has been running anywhere from 130 to 150 over 90 to 110. Should I be concerned? FLIP

Yes, it is always a concern, but maybe it would be a good idea to have your blood work redone at least two times in a period of a month or so in order to monitor those values.

But maybe you might want to tell us what you're doing regarding gear, training (both resistance and cardiovascular training), diet, supplements, lifestyle etc.

I agree with quijr. there may be some things you can do to help bring all of those numbers in line but we will need to know what you are on & doing currently

I know I been drinking to much. I just started a fresh cycle so I think its alot of stress. I just dont know what is too high and how much I need to worry. I am a power lifter always heavy, not into cardio. Thanks, FLIP
