Anyone got a link to a really good artcle on understanding how they fluctuate during a hard racing/training season. I have been training hard (20 hr+) with a race once per week and mine is hovering at 41 HCT and Haem at around 137 g/L. Red Blood Cell count is only 4.6 x10^12/L (norm 4.5-6.5)
How much can I expect these igures to fluctuate during the season? I don't usually worry about blood-work but have moved up a ranking and now it is very important to me.
Just started a D-bol (real low dose cycle, 5-10 b4 training and after) and will see how this goes. 41 is pretty disappointing but it does decrease with high volume training yes?
Forget Dbol B4 training will fuck u up completely. 5-10mg after training if u feel u need it . M/track
So you don't advocate it for use in cycling training? I've heard that is has a big effect on RBC synthesis and HCT. test enanthate is a vet-drug down here (outside the states) and hard to get.winny and Sus are easier to find and EPO...well no chance.
So do you think short cycles with the Dbol will up my crit much M/Track? I'm talking 3 on, 3 off with PCT...Cheers for any reply...
I woud,nt use it at all ,it restricts ur breathing during training and racing .5-10mg could be ok for reco.after training.I have used Anadrol for strength and to keep Hct up(50mg 2-3 hrs B4 hard training)it worked ok;but on 50mg 3 x p/w,I put on 4kg in 4 weeks(water weight)I have had ok results with winny ,some get tendon/joint probs with it I dont.M/track
You can still use it 4 reco. 5-10mg .It works well as it increases test rapidly and inhibits cortisol(another reason why it is not good to take B4 an endurance training session) I always keep some handy, some people use it 10mg p/d 4 first 2 weeks of pct after long AAS cycles. M/track
I dont think it will do much 4 Hct ;but will make u feel better after hard training/race.All AAS increase RBC,can u grt EQ where u are that works for Hct over long periods 3-4 months .I got a 5% point increase after 4 months. M/track
