I have been listening to house music for the past 4 or 5 years during my workouts and have finally decided I need to switch. I d/l'ed some rock/metal songs but I am in the dark to what is good to lift to. So far I have Drowning Pool-Bodies Disturbed - Sickness, Stupidified 3 Godsmack songs System of Down - Chop Suey, Toxicity I like songs like Chop Suey and Bodies the best. Any recomendations from bros that listen to this stuff?? I am in the dark here, and so far my workouts have been alot better listening to this shit. Thanks

Anthrax...Disturbed...Godsmack... I love all the old 80's-90's metal bands, but sometimes i feel like i've heard every song 1 million times each, like anything by G & R.

I really don't need "workout" music. My favorite band is Iced Earth. I like thrash metal with someone who can sing not just grunt and growl words you cannot even understand.

They dont put out albums that only sell (at best) 25,000 copies? They arent REAL metal? They just a hair band? Not knockin some of the other bands out there, but a group doesnt HAVE to be underground, a band doesnt HAVE to be hardcore to put out music thats fun to listen to. Give a fuck if you think Motley Crue is just a hair band, thats fine..the music is still fun to listen to and I still enjoy working out to it. Some of you guys are way to pretentious

Sorry, didn't mean to offend. When someone says metal, 80's bands are the last thing I think of. Some of you hair band guys are too sensitive. 😀

i didn't think this would start a war between 80's hair band lovers and modern death metal rock fans, but alas we are in the OT forum of 'bolex. LOL
