How long after that last dose do I start pct? 9 hours? 12? 24? Also, would winny and halo be a good stack, or redundant?

im pretty sure heyherc has a sticky posted on half lives of most types of gear. take a peek man. i dont know off the top of my head.

I have that post, doesn't have halo on it. I think I read that the half life is 9 to 12 hours. How long should I wait to take the clomid if I take 45 mg halo daily?

well do the math 9-12 hours is the half life and your on 45mgs. 12 hours later you'll have 22.5 mgs. another 12 hours you'll have 11mgs. and so on and so fourth. if that is the half life of halo. like i said, im not sure exactly man. good luck.

well how much halo should I have in me before going on clomid? 5mg? What's an amount that I should start at? That's why I ask, I could figurew when I'll have none in me, however I want to start pct right before that.
