Most people say that your PCT should last about 4 weeks, but are there any other signs about when to stop PCT. What if you think you need to be going longer, what if your sex drive hasn't come back. Should you stay on PCT longer?

Only way to know for sure is to go get bloodwork done.
How are your testicles? full size or atrophied?
I like to run PCT for 8 weeks but everyone is different.
also, running a serm for 4 more weeks isnt going to hurt you even if your back on line after 4 weeks.
Dr. Chrisler is giving a talk on Sermorelin at the A4M National convention in December so he isnt giving out a bunch of Information before then.

I recommend 8 weeks also.
Running blood work before coming off the pct meds will give false reads. A couple of weeks after cessation of pct is the ideal time to get blood work done.
