i looked this up in "search", but i figured its best to give my exact situation..... i was drawing omna outta the amp today, and a small bubble came to the top of the syringe. no matter what i did (held it upside down, tapped it etc. ), it wouldnt fuckin come out. when i pushed the syringe a tad (with the needle inside the amp so excess would drip in there), only oil would come out! so eventually, i just injected, and the air went in last. i mean it was a tiny bubble, smaller than the size of a pea. how do i get it out??? it was so frustrating. i tried maaad times, and ended up breaking and wasting a fuckin amp, so that didnt make me any happier.... you have any suggestions of how to get the air out? also, its not bad if you inject a tad bit of air right?

Also, i injected in my biceps. this was my 1st time injecting in there, and its already a tad sore (3hrs after). i know soreness is normal, but that soon afterwards? is there anything to do to reduce soreness? (i know massaging occasionally, but anything else?)

to reduce soarness - after loading the syringe - run the barrel under hot water and inject immediately after. This worked wonders for me when using 100mg/ml prop. BTW I wouldnt worry about air bubbles, just make sure you aspirate( draw back on the syringe after inj, to see if theres blood)

I have injected sust with a little air bubble in the syringe before and nothing will happen as long as you dont inject into a blood vessel. Just aspirate, if there is no blood then continue with the injection.

Also, holding the needle with the point straight toward the ceiling, draw in a little more air so it's one big bubble and then slowly push the syringe until the air is out and you have a drop of oil coming out. you really don't want any air bigger than the head of a pin injecting into you. Air can cause clots, clots can cause strokes.

(obviously have to change the pin first...)? and just keep it in there?

What I am saying is the following: 1) Air bubbles or not a problem and sometimes even unavoidable so dont worry about it and just make sure you aspirate (much more important). 2) Lets go step by step so we're clear - After loading the syringe you place the barrel of the loaded syringe under hot water, BA is what causes that horrible muscle soarness (coorect meif im wrong guys), and the hot water somehow affects it in such a way that it will reduce soarness. Also, if you train the body part which you just inj. in it will also decrease soarness b/c of better absoption and possible other factors...

I def. aspirate, no questions there. i'm training arms tonite, so we'll see how that reduces soreness....

Sometimes it seems impossible to get rid of all the bubbles. - a few of them won't hurt you. Warming up - helps a bit. And yes -- ALWAYS ASPIRATE.

I don't like bicep injections - it hurts often - sometimes it hurts for 2 or 3 days after the injection. (sometimes it doesn't hurt at all)
