I have some humalin-N. I have done my reaserch and am comfident about taking slin. I need to know if I can take the N or is it not safe as it is longer acting. I have a few bottles and dont want to waste it. Please let me know if this is doable and if so would I do the same amount and use the same timing as the R. thanks bros

it is longer acting and thus you have to be that much more strict with the diet to use it properly. the fast acting slins would be better to help you cram nutrients post workout... check out the chart on slin activity timelines

I did some more reaserch and it seems I need to dump the N and go p/u some R. To much watching my diet for to long with the N. I am still warry about it but feel it will be a very good addition to my arsenal to bulk up. Thanks for the help.

good call bro, the quicker acting the better. ideally you just want the slin for your post workout shake and possibly a bit for the follow up meal an hour or so later. i looked into slin a while back and got a lot of information. i was excited about the amazing size gains peple claimed but i thought long and hard about it and came to the conclusion that since im an Endomorph i would probably have a really hard time keeping the fat off while using slin. i dont' even like the way my body feels when im bulking b/c i carry around so much extra water and fat. my goal is to be big, strong and lean and i decided that slin just doesnt' play into that goal for me. look at your goals and your body type and decide if slin is something you really want to do. its not like AAS and takes a lot more understanding and knowlege to use it properly.
