create a sticky on "what/ why is x going on during after pinning...

I just thought someone might be interested in creating a sticky that could run through some of the most common issues that happen while pinning. Fro example
why do I feel dizzy or feel like I am going to pass out right after a shot = probably hit a vein
It feels like fire when the needle slides in= did you use a needle that was dulled by sticking it into the rubberstopper?

What happens if my muscle is not warm/ stretched out 'relaxed' before I pin=potentially painfull as hell knot.

How do you get a knot out of a muscle caused by a pin= warm shower and massage, use the corner of a desk doorknob door seal, myofacial roller to loosen it up.

Just a thought I think it would stop alot of people from freaking out about things that may be pretty common.
