deca+eq

I'd appreciate advise about whether I can run deca at the same dosage as eq.
I plan to begin with deca for the 1st third of the cycle, then move to a mix of both for the next third, and finish with eq.
Since I've run EQ only cycles, I'm wondering how the dosage compares.

I'd expect that the dosage would be the same or even higher since deca is less androgenic than eq. To be safe, start with a bit less and just bump it up.

Are you bulking? I don't understand the appeal of deca, especially to women. It doesn't help with fat loss, while most other AAS help with that and at the same time add lbm and strength.

I've run straight eq several times, and definately gained lmb as well as lost fat %, except for the last time in which I gained alot of lbm, but didn't loss fat (still came out at 10.10%) in the last week.
In about 10-14 daYS, I'm going to get a body comp to see the aftereffects of thiseq cycle.

My intrigue with adding deca is the hope to shock the body into mimicking the lbm gains (approx 10 lbs in 2 months), AND keeping more of it, and then coming down on the eq to strip any fat gained while picking up more lbm.

BTW, I am 44, 5 feet 2 1/2 inches. I started off this last eq cycle at about 120 lbs and 9.78% bf.
Ended at 131lbs anf 10.10% bf. (and now am coming down in weight, I think because some water is shedding=127 lbs)

I train 6 days a week:
1. legs
2. shoulders (they need the most work to develope)
3. back and tris
4. chest and bis.

I do abs daily but moderately, changing up excersizes each day.

I skipped cardio for this entire last cycle due to the t3and4--spent the whole time "doing cardio"...
I also took nolva during the beginning and end (as symptoms of conversion appeared--hurt to put on my sports-bra).

I hope this info helps to clarify my goals and ideas.
I really appreciate input.
Girls that I work out with just don't share, so I'm running on guy-info, which, so far I'm happy with.

Well, you certainly could give it a try. Shocking the body into mimicking lbm gains sounds a bit sketchy. The body bends to be smarter than we are lol

You seem to enjoy keeping your bf down, and therefore, I'd suspect that you're going to like the eq better. Nevertheless, you're curious and there's no reason you can't try it as long as you work into it slowly.

If you do go the nandrolone route, use it with the phenylpropionate ester. The half life is significantly shorter (4.5 days vs 12 days), which leaves more control to you.

Do you compete? Personally, I'd only recommend nolva to women who are getting ready for a competition. I don't believe it's worth the sides if one wasn't.

Also, could you outline the cycle that you're thinking about running with weeks and dosages?

How long did you run the eq previously, and what was the dosage? What sides did you experience?

Just so ya know, I do have experience with women and aas. You're not running on pure "guy info" in this thread.

I do love keeping bf down--I aspire to 7 %, but I may just be a nut.

I haven't competed yet. I don't feel I'm where I want to be, and the last thing I'd want is to have a first time dissapointing experience.
I've always said, "I'd like to look like I could compete..." Once I get there, I can make a better decision.
If you look at my upper body, it's close to ready.
But I hold stubborn bf at the hips--yuck.
I think I'm actualy 2 people glued together.

The last eq was for 9 weeks, starting at 50cc, and moving straight up to 75, then 100 (e3d) holding at 100 for 2 weeks, then going to 150 (still e3d), then pyramiding on down the same way I went up.

What I wAs thinking was to do the first 3rd of the cycle with just deca--same dosaging, pyramid. When I got to near the top, I would add eq (so that the mix equalled the same dose) and then go like that for the middle of the cycle.
In order to prune any extra bf and water at the last 3rd, I'd switch to just eq.

I use nolva because I am (unfortunately) very sensitive to conversion.
I have ovaries--no uterus since 2000--and I've had some disasterous results from not using nolva.
I'm considering getting some arimidex, and would love comparison info on tht too.

I'm a basket of questions and really appreciate your input!

So, you worked your way up to 350mgs a week of eq? Am I reading that right?

What side effects did you experience when nolva was omitted?

I worked up to about 300 a week (or 300 every 6 days).
At the beginning and at the end--not at all in the middle or highest point--I experience breast sensitivity (read OUCH), bloating, water retention and nasty moodiness without the nolva.
Also the time before this last cycle (approx the same amounts and scedule, but a little shorter duration) at exactly 4 weeks off, all of the estrogen effects came back in a big waY.
I don't know if this is common to women.
And I'm only 10 days off this one so I don't know if it would happen again, but I think I'll just prevent it before it does.

I didn't answer your question about sides in general in my last post, but they were/are: voice *(I sound like peppermint patty--kinda cute), ALL of my hair stopped growing, oily hair drama, and possibly a very small amount of downstairs change (I say "possibly" because if I stare at something long enough I could just imagine a change--nothing crazy).
I think those were all of the sides.
I also found them worth it.

BTW, I was also running T3and 4.

Going by your stats, you've got quite an impressive physique.

Hang around for a while. As I mentioned before, it's pleasant to have a female around. Furthermore, I don't have any experience with the type of dosages you've been running and I'd love to hear how things are working out for you.

I'm hoping to be able to start in 5 weeks (6 weeks after stopping).
I'm watching the body and also working on collecting the necessaries.
I'll be getting a body comp (caliper 10 site) next week as well as trying to get some pics close to the body comp test.

I don't know if I have an 'impressive physique" because I l.ive in it every day, and there are always nedw gains I want to make.
But I' m also happy with my progress so far, and more folks have been complimenting it, so I have to believe I'm on the right track.

Starting a new cycle at this bf will be interesting--it's new territory--and every % point shows on me.

I would love some ideas on how to burn more bf off of my bottom while not catabolizing muscle from my top.
Most forms of cardio make my upper body look stringy before my ,lower body looks right.
One trainer suggested jumping rope (argh).
Any other ideas--work out or otherwise?
