Ketamine - remains the most powerful and spiritual experience of my life. A golden sun of of pure enlightenment. Mushrooms - Healed me in every way. Psychicly, spiritually, physically, emotionally. Salvia - God rained gifts of forgiveness on my head. Lifted my depression, got me through some hard times in life. Mastrubation - grew hair on my palms.

Alcohol- started at age 13. Drank everyday for many years. Drove drunk everyday. Dont know how me or none of my friends necer killed ourselves or anyone else. Dont drink anymore. an occasional drink. Weed-Started at age 14 smoked everyday. Made me extremely lazy. other than that i dont see any problem with weed. Acid, muhrooms, mescaline- all the same. Started these drugs at age 15. When i was 16 i was arrested for selling acid. Dropped to simple possession. Forced to give weekly drug tests at probation. But since LSD doesnt show up in urine this made know sense to me. Stopped smoking weed for those six months and did acid all the time. I have no side affects from these drugs. People that say they do, i donot believe. Cocaine- Started using at 17 snorted it and smoked it. Used a few times a week but never had a problem until years later. Heroin- Started using seriously at age 21. This is where all the problems started. Started out snorting and eventually began shooting. Then started shooting cocaine. Went thru 45 grand in 6 months. Would shoot coke and dope in between classes at school and all day and night. Got to the point could not really function. Fell aseep and crashed my car on the highway. Eventually cops started watching my house. I knew this for weeks and was to strung out to care. Would see them at the end of my street and just smile. Eventually they raided the house and I had many legal problems. Still battle these demons today and will for the rest of my life.

The question is one of morality and legality. If a drug causes a mind altering scenario for the user that he or she may commit sin (such as abuse, self-harm, sexual immorality, violence or bad judgement) then it shouldn't be used. Every drug, including alcohol and tobacco causes the individual to engae in at least one of these destructive behaviors. Here's the irony: Anabolic steroids when used in moderate cycles and combined with exercise are very healthy to most individuals..yet they have been a controlled substance since 1988. Why not make alcohol and tobacco illegal and make juice legal again?

pot - smoked heavy everyday during my two years of grad school. After grad school lit up once a week. Now down to once or twice a year. Took a long time for my lungs to recover. acid - tripped frequently during both undergrad and grad school. Only used once since then. No long term damage as far as I can tell. alcohol - raised by an alcoholic who died last fall due to an alcohol induced illness. I drank heavily each day during grad school. Drank very infrequently after getting out of school. Can count the number of drinks so far this year on one hand. ludes, etc. - used infrequently during school years. partial agonist opiates - presently addicted. In my case, the opiates are the only ones which were the least bit addictive, but alcohol did the most damage to my family.

My friend took K and said it was the most important thing that had ever happened to him. Made him want to go on living. Entheogenic drugs used wisely are simply a tool for self-exploration.

Alcohol - both of my grandfathers drank themselves to death by desroying their livers. One of my best friends died, my best friend was in the burn unit for 2 weeks and will never run again due to drinking and driving. My best friend's girlfriend died when she paid a guy to take her on an adventure sport (don't want to be more specific than that), turned out he had been up all night drinking, he died too. He did this every weekend on the property of his employers, was an accident waiting to happen and his employers knew it, their asses got sued.

Can't blame something like that on pot tho. Sounds like the kid was going to be bad news anyway. I've smoked an awful lot of pot and i've never attacked my father. And i earn 50,000 plus. It all depends on the person.

Notice how the ones who always post lab reports and research data have nothing to offer on a thread like this. Where's all the life experiences about X killing people and ruining lives? Those people will immediately say that alcohol does more damage 'cause it is more accessible; I don't buy that, and doesn't ever report on CNN or nightline talk about how E is everywhere and easy for anyone to get? This was not to justify E but to make a point about how the media takes safer drugs like AS and X and blows their danger out of proportion while continuing to leave alcohol/tobacco alone. When someone experiences or is around someone on these drugs and sees no negative effects near what the media hypes, then the person automatically thinks all the reports are biased and false. More would be accomplished by telling the truth than these rediculous, sensationalized reports. Thanks to all who participated.

One point that was made to me growing up on the street by one of my uncles was-to find somebody on pot, coke, acid, etc when they were in there life at 20,30,40,50 and see if you would want to be like that..I dont give a shit about some people saying coke makes you play better in sports how the fuck could you tell while there only in there 20's you should look good..Im 23 and have partied before and have gotten nothing but negative results.. And dont no anybody any different.. Just my opinion joe

my father is an alcoholic and has destroyed the family...sent my sister running to the States and me to the farthest cormenr of the province I could find. Sent my brother to BC and my youngests is still dealing. Am a reborn coke user and dealer and have tried about everything under the sun. I think there is nothing better to make a man (or woman) stronger than an experience with something that is beyond their control so people can learn their limits and find out that they are NOT invincible. But mayber that is just justification,,,but I beleive myself stronger and more educated as a result of mty life experiences. 2 cents max.

Just because you heard something bad doesn't mean its bad. As people say, use drugs with intelligence, most people you hear on the news are stunned cunts when it comes to drugs.

pot - smoked a lot in college and high school, numbed my sense and made me lackadaisical. MDMA - did a lot for about 6 months in college, got really caught up with it but then became disenchanted after realizing it is all an illusion. people can be your best friend while they are rolling, and as soon as they come down they are a completely different person. makes hanging out with sleazeballs seem like decent company. several times I got unpure pills, that made me feel like shit and one time in particular I passed out for a half hour... not something you do on X. I gave it up after I felt it was the factor that triggered anxiety attacks for me. I still have them occasionally these days, but nothing like it was when I was strung out on X. got real skinny on this shit. LSD - had some crazy trips, and was good for reflecting on my life and realizing where I had to go. last one was not that great and really strong, and I havent done it since. mushrooms - only did em twice, had a great time, but wont do them again. opium - crap drug, never did shit for me. hash- same as opium, seemed like weak weed every time I smoked it. painkillers - the occasional vicodin or percocet, but never got into them. I dont do any drugs these days, and I hardly ever drink. just hearing about X and the like drums up those old feelings of anxiety, as does certain techno music and things that trigger old drug memories. I had my run with the shit when I was younger, but I feel I have grown out of that phase in my life. cleaning up was the best thing I ever did.
