Why beta-carotene?

How do you take the Bilberry?

LFE, i take the Billberry in cap form twice per day only on training days (not sure if that's a good protocol). The need for improvements in stability and permeability of capillaries is so important to athletes and people looking to get healthy. Also to athletes looking for improved nutrient shuttling, increased capillary density is another thing.

Studies show after 4 to 6 weeks of interval type training the body has enough added capillaries and then begins to down regulate via a typical feedback loop . That's why i add bilberry after a hard workout, since i can't really add more capillaries, might as well improve the ones i have. not to mention it works in the eyeball very well too.

The rest still on my original list are:

ALCAR - fat shuttling and nerve building
Bilberry - Capillaries and circulation
CoQ10-Testicular anti ox, cardiac muscle strength
Fish Oil - All things, immune, inflam, improving supplement bio-availability
Carnosine / Beta-Alanine - Anti Aging, recovery (only when doing hard training blocks)
Benfotiamine - capillaries / Anti aging - not sure may switch to resveratrol.

New additions:

Much better diet consisting of fruts, veggies and lean meats
inclusion of flax and fish oils in meals
Raw unpasteurized milk for calcium shuttling benefits and natural growth enzymes (not to mention more omega 3 in the fat).

I take a couple pills a day of lesser stuff - equates to about 25mg of anthocyanosides.

Are there any products that contain a bulk of the supps from your list in one product? Wouldn't that be something?

How do Epi, SD, etc. stack up in your opinion to the previous generation of PH/DS like M1T, M4OHN, etc.?
