Muscle memory!

I came out of basic training having not been able to workout for almost a year! I was like 170 coming out of basic, down from 225 a few years ago (had a bad car accident and major messed up back). But the gains keep coming man...Every week the scale tips a bit more...Strength goes up with every workout. And in 2 months ive put on something like 33lbs. Ive just started my dec/cyp cycle about a week ago as well. Considering im not in an environment where i only get 6 hours sleep max a night with 3 meals a day ive been growing like a weed. Today was my first leg workout in like 2 years and it feels great. Im no where near the size i was before but at this pace it wont be but 6 or so more months till im back around 225. Anybody else have any good muscle memory stories?

i was about 95kgs with about 15-16% bf and i got glandular fever, knowcked me out for 2 months, started back at 79kgs, got back in the gym, ate clean and ended up about 89kgs 10%

yeh muscle memory is an absolute life saver i got sik 2001-2003 jan i was 52kgs from 88 now im im 91 natraully at 8% body fat no shit always hav been natural aswell not bragging here i ate /trainned and ate more , just showing u it is a fantastic thing
