for several years now i been juicin and playin softball but i cant seem to keep from gettin injured i pulled my calf muscles 4 times in the last 2 years sports doctors said i have short hammies ok, i strech n strech n strech the way they showed me and bam!! pulled my hammie again and i was just curious if bulking roids would increase this (i understand bulking itself will but does anyone else seem to have this problem and are the roids themselves not the training makin this worse??) and if so what about Winnie then damn near all track runner use winnie anyways some help??? thanx badd

What state do you play in? What class? I play with a AA team out of Tenn.
