I'm 5'7 160, Bulking for 6 weeks then cutting for 6 weeks... Also.. I like the ON Whey protein chocolate shake... gonna order some more.. anyone ever try strawberry or vanilla?

yea i like the vanila-- I used to really like choclate chip cookie flavor but I haven't seen it around for awhile-- I'll usually go for a vanilla or chocolate-- I always mix it with milk and sometimes I'll add some icecream

I gather that you know that you need at least 2 grams of protein per lb. of weight, and if you are bulking 4 grams of carbs, the fat i leave up to you. Try to eat whole foods i.e. lean meat, turkey breast, a lot of egg whites, etc. Powders are O.K, but you need to get other proteins as well. Gear alone gets you a sore butt and very little gains. Eat big! :cow:

Oh I got a 10lb bag of chocolate.. gonna order another 10lb bag just debating on a different flavor... but before I order... I wanna see if there is anything else I should be getting to help during my cycle... i'm gonna aim for 200-220 grams of protein a day

i wouldnt go with the creatine during a bulking cycle i would wait and use it when you come off during so the creatine takes its full effect and it will help keep strength up with weight, if you take it throughout your cycle when you come off you wont really notice anything from creatine thats ive done and it helps a lot

well steroids accentuate ur diet, so creatine should and does work better on a cycle, almost all supplements will work better on a cycle...

Eat big! :cow: :uhoh: So what else did you read in Musclemag this month? Protein 1-1.5grams per pound, best bet around 1.3. People who eat 2 are either bloated/fatasses or arn't eating that much yet think they are. Carbs, starting at 2 grams per pound is a good start and work your way up from there. No need to become a fatass just because you want to look like you are gaining a lot of weight from the juice!
