A thought...

Since exogenous test will suppress endo test production is there and 'formula' to work out what levels of test in the blood will be obtained from the dose of exo test?

eg Xmg of Test Prop will cause a total test level of Yng/dl in most cases?

If this was true would it be able to fine tune your doses to achieve the desired levels, for example if you were getting negative sides from a certain dose you would know how much you can reduce it while still getting supraphysiological levels and benefits?

Hope that made sense? any thoughts?

Since everyone has their own individual variables I think that the only true way would be for an individual to monitor bloodwork.

Just perfect. Monitoring is key here, but you'll have to study a little bit of pharmacokinetics of several steroids in order to know the right day of the week to do the blood work. For example, I have used Test Cyp at 200 mg/2 mL (single shot on Sunday) and total test reached 700 ng/dL (reference ranges: 300-1000 ng/dL) on day 7. Of course, if I've done the blood test on day 2 or 3, test levels would be much higher than 700 ng/dL. But remember that it's a very individual thing, you gotta test.

Personally I monitor onlt liver, kidney, lipid levels etc. I never monitor test or other hormones, I do enough exo anabolics to get results while stay healthy.
