Looks good on paper. Who's given this a try?

How would you evaluate if it's "working"? Does it help keep enzyme levels low or does it just keep the bile flowing?

I saw that a supplement company is coming out with a liver protector with a similar sounding compound.

It actually breaks down cholesterol deposits. I have never used it but ... Ursodiol is the tablet form of UDCA and it is prescribed to people who have gallstones and usually completely dissolves said stones within 3 months of continuous usage.

I have used it.
Use it whenever i take orals @ 500mg twice daily.
It seems to keep liver enzymes a bit lower than they would be.
I think it could be a good asset if you want to use orals and want no added risk.

The concomittent use of fibrates would serve people very well if he/she cannot stray from the hazards of oral cycles.

PPAR-agonists such as Sesamin/thin and TTA and the pharmaceutical grade counterparts (Beza, Gem and Feno - fibrates) are excellent weapons that oppose the adverse impact of orals (they raise HDL, decrease Tri-G' and LDL, and have the potential to effectively mediate liver enzymatic activity associated with oral use).
