im going to start a new cycle . whats better test 4 or sust250'>sustanon. which one gives u better gains. and wich one has the least sidaffects

By test 4 do you mean T400? If so, than I would go with that over sus. Hell, I would go with just about anything over sus. T400 will probably cause a bit more bloating than sus.
