a good idea to get an injectable in there would be the responsible reply. if you aren't ready to inject or that's all you can get your hands on 50mg should be fine providing you have what you need afterward?

Thanks guys...I know there is a lot info on this, but do you have a good protocol for when and how much I should take( considering I will be doing 50mg win ED for 8 weeks)?

How does bodyweight and training experience affect dosage. I'm thinking of running the KP tabs @ 100 mg/day, but I'm also 6'2", 260 ....

Watch your hair and joints...
100mg a day made my hair thinner and my elbows hurt like a motherfucker...
Everyone is different...experiment and see what works for you.

100mg/day caused my liver to act up. MY very first cycle was a winny only cycle. I would start at no more than 50mg a day spread out over the day. If you need more and can tolerate it you can step it up. Like anything else different folks have different tolerances to substances. Start low and listen to your body. Watch your joints and make sure to take the usual liver protectants. I always liked winny's effect on my muscles, just could not take the hit on my joints and liver.

even @ my weight? I'll take your advice and err on the side of caution. For liver protectorant do you have a recommendation?

I'm not JB, but you should use NAC (up to 3 g PD) and similarin.

100 mgs. per day definately worked better than 50 for me. However, I haven't used winstrol for more than 3 years because of what it does to my blood l(KP)ids. Plus, I'm leery of the effect it has on connective tissues.

Even at 50 mgs it tore my joints up. I love the way I look on it but it's not worth the pain.
