Bellina, I have read that a subq delivery is slower, and more suited to shooting B-12 every day .. seeing as B12 is liquid based, and is a vitamin, it seemed to make more sense to me to do it subq...

Anyone else have any differing opinions?

as far as post soreness, yea, subq hurts the first couple times, after that, no.. and shooting IM as I have done in the past actually feels better than subq..

I have read using that method those with anemia to produce a leeching effect causing it to release slower. For me I prefer the quick boost I get from the im's. To each his own.

I got some B12 from kitsnmore.com a little while ago and love it. I especially like the price and size of the bottle!

I would like to know what bellina would choose: b complex or a good boost of B-12. I myself like B-12, but you know more about vitamins than me and would like your input please.

I cant see why having other B vits as well as the 1000mcg of B12 could be anything other than good?

Has anyone ever tried the B12 methylcoblamin liquid sublingual? Wonder if it is just as effective as the shots?

I would still think that the injectible would be the best. since anything you injest is broken down by the liver and kidneys. you will probably have to injest alot more to equal an injectection.
