I came across an article that claims Chlorophyll can increase natural EPO productions. Anybody tried it? I wouldn't think twice, but I'm remembering RG's post on his secret, natural, mystery HCT booster and I'm still trying to figure out what it is:-)

I seriously doubt it, I have taken a hell of a lot of Chlorophyll in green veg and its not EPO. It is just the green pigment found in the chloroplasts of leaf plant cells.

Jobelyn can apparently raise crit and I haven't tried it but I can't find any decent studies on it raising crit and they said that about echinacea too...

Or.....you could just get some EPO.

That seems to boost my Crit every time!

But really...has anyone ever played with Jobolyn?:

Regardless of how hard you train - The time is going to go by anyway so if you are going to throw a leg over your bike you may aswell bust you ass, make as many watts / do as many intervals as you can.
