I've heard of injectible L-Carnitine awhile back for spot reduction (fat loss). Has anyone ever tried it with good results?

well you are going to hear arguments from both sides on this one. L carnitine (inject) is meant more IM injections. and you get the all over benefits from that administration. however i have also tried it for spot reduction and it does work to an extent not sure how really but your looking at making a few sticks a day everyday to really notice anything that way. when you inject into the fat you will feel a lite burn and tingling sensation in that area. But personally i think its a waste of money to buy the injectable version. because most dont experience that much of a decrease in BF% while on it. just my 2cc's

Thanks for the info. A few sticks a day? Shit, you probably just lose weight from loss of blood! 😀 Anyone else try this stuff?

Personnally i would use the acetyl version because its much more powerful than the normal l-carnitine (especially orally cause normal l-carnitine has very poor absorbtion). As for fat loss, i have used it in conjunction with other fat burners and, i cant know for sure, but it seemed like it potentiated the eca stack. I did not notice any fat loss in the injected area (2 grams/day). If i were you i would not expect miracles with it in the fat loss area. Carnitine is best at stimulating your CNS (through mitochondria activation). This will allow for a better strength to wgt ratio.
