I've switched to flax just because I kept getting heart burn. Not as good as fish but I do eat at least 3 servings a week. I use Barlean's Omega Swirl Strawberry Bannana. I put it in plain yogurt or add it to a smoothie and it's yummy.

Omega-3 Polyunsaturated Fat
Alpha Linolenic Acid (LNA) 2620 Milligrams *
Omega-6 Polyunsaturated Fat
Linoleic Acid (LA) 760 Milligrams *
Omega-9 Monounsaturated Fat
