I wonder what is you pre and post workout nutrition including supplements if any. And does it change while you're on? Please post the quantities.

Interesting thread
My actual regimen (which is close to perfect, according to the most recent studies) is this:

Pre:
Nutrition: hydrolisate whey + slow carbs (solid or oats).
Supps: CEE, Citrulline Malate, 1 cap of Lean Xtreme, 1 Cap of GXR

During:
Accelerade in water

Post: hydrolisate whey + very high GI carb (maltodextrin or vitargo) in a 1:3 ratio
Supps: 5g Taurine, 500mg vitamin C + other anti oxidants (NAC at the moment)

Post-post (about 1.5-2h after workout): P+C solid meal

How much of whey and carbs before?

What is Accelerade? Must be a kind of malto? And how much do you drink?

And How much of whey and carbs after workingout?

I recommend reading the book "Nutrient Timing".

Doses are weight dependent. I'm pretty light and my whey dose is 20g, carbs are 20g pre and 60g post.

Accelerate is a sport drink that contains carbs, protein and electrolites.

I was suspecting that the protocol was from that very book, very good one as a matter of fact.
