BTW, I'm going to be using it and this is going to be my supplement stack:
(Per day)
Multi-Vitamins
800mg-1g of Glucorell R
6 caps a day of Sesapure
10 caps a day of 95%-96% Green Tea caps (the good shit)
2 caps a day of Ephedrine/Yohimbine/Caffeine stack I still have leftover
10 CLA caps a day (The good shit, high tonalin ratio)
8 ALCAR caps a day
I think that's it...

there are some as high as 90%. hopefully there will be some that are pure soon (too see how effective it can really be).

who sells 90% CLA? I think the highest I saw was 77%...
Is it worth it or can you just take more CLA?

the isomers work against each other. though taking more should still increase effects.

I tried sesapure and did not notice a big difference. I also was not dieting at the time. My training partner used it and he noticed a fairly big difference. this was also a visible difference to me as well.

I noticed a difference while I was taking it. I ran out and need to get back on it.
Definitely leaned out but I was taking probably 3 times the recommended amount.
Also, I was drinking a few times while on it and no hangovers and felt really good.

So maybe if I take more than the reccomended dose? How much did you take before? I know you said you will be taking 6 caps a day on the new stack.

I raised it to 8 to 10 caps a day...10 a day on the weekends.
