hey

i am following the super cutter program now with a few modificatioins to it to fit my needs. also, i am using cellucor D4 extreme to help me get cut. is there anything else that i can also use to lose 10-20 lbs of fat faster?

apart from the diet, i also do cardio on an empty stomach (mix it up) and lift weights the night.

Try chromium picolinate and/or critri-max.

maybe i should introduce some of that to my friends wife..she diets and just cannot lose weight (poor girl)
