I know for a fact that Ketotifen works to up regulate the receptors but I've seen conflicting reports about benadryl.
What are your thought? Any studies out there that proves or disproves benadryl's effectiveness on the receptors?

i did a brief look for studies but did not find anything readily available that directly addresses alpha 2 adrenergic upregulation. lots of hits "saying" it does but no studies.

So stick with what we know definitely works.....Ketotifen.
