First off - not doing anarobic work on bike right now, solely aerobic zone 2 stuff...

But, every once in awhile when cycling I will feel a "thud" from the inside of the chest....like the heart skipped a beat. My heart's not racing, and it doesnt happen multiple times in a row....its just like I'm going fine, bam, then I'm fine again. The heart rate doesnt jump on the monitor nor does anything show up at all (making me wonder if I'm imagining it).

My HR is about 10 beats higher then normal....but my power output is fine (I'm producing the same power output, and I have the same fatigue level, but the HR is just higher).

I feel fine in the gym when lifting and havent' noticed any sides like I do when cycling.

Question, this is a common side-effect? Is it a palpitation, or my over-active imagination, or do I just need to go easy on the redbull while on t3? Anybody else have this experience? Is it dangerous?

Man, I can tell already T3 is *not* something I want to use when I start doing anarobic work!

Hmm, I wanna jump-start weight loss, given all this new found muscle, the only way to get lighter is to loose my 10lbs of middle-age lard, problem is, for T3 to burn the lard, its gotta burn up all your glycogen first (I'm assuming it does anyways)...but if you aint got glycogen, you aint got fuel for cycling..... I'm starting to wonder if T3 makes about as much sense for cyclists as Dbol does.....

Pista, I got the same kind of thing when I was using clenbuterol...but I was on the bike and it was hell...not to be recomended at all. Maybe it works just fine when you are in a build-up phase in the lower zones though..

Ciao

Jan U,
you mentioned clenbuterol, would Albuterol be a weight loss agent as well. better, equal to, or worst than clen?

I am planning on starting a cycle of Albuterol, any comments.

do a search on clenbuterol here on site, there are serious possible health consequences from clen use.

I have the same thing with the heart that skips a beat and gives a "bump" when beating normal again. I think its the T3 that gives it. Even after i came off the T3 i have the symptoms. I hope it will go away.

Perhaps this reading can help some :

premature atrial contractions

Just another cyclist..

now that you mention it, i get the same thing now and then and it seemed to have started when or after i stopped T3. Interesting. almost as if your heart skips a beat buti know it does not.

Started at 20mcg tapered up to 100mcg then tapered slowly down to 10 mcg.

xcracer,
I also tried Albuterol, but i cannot really tell you if it is equal or better for weight-loss, I got musclecramps when racing hard and my heartbeat was "all over the place" on both substances, so I simply threw them in the garbage...was useless for me on the bike, thats for sure.

haha...i wish there was a fat loss supplement that did a good job without messing with either you heart or your health.

this stuff sounds like it could damage the heart..

as a personal side, i have done clen many times(no more!), T3, t4, ractopmine, ephedrine, amour, and Albuterol and who knows what else. of these i would only consider Albuterol but currently do not do that. I prefer to lose my weight the old fashioned way even if it is a slower process. Of course i count gh as the old fashioned way!

#@$%@ you bodybuilders......

On my source's website it said, you can eat McDonalds, and basically eat like a pig while on T-3....and your body will burn calories like a furnace....wrong!!! (for me anyways)

However, I did loose two pounds in two weeks while at the same time increasing my wattage by about 5 watts average (yes, I'm one of those losers who monitors his wattage that closely.....) And I did start a cycle of 300mg EQ with 100mg Test E. last week, and I havent been eating all that clean a diet (I thought I wouldnt have to break out the calorie king and count my calories).....so if I had monitored my diet I probably would have lost about 5 lbs (as I typically loose 2 lbs a week when dieting).

My appetite, is slightly larger on the T-3 and EQ. So, its not working....basically, contrary to my source's claims, T-3 doesnt seem to be a replacement for a clean diet.....unless you wanna pop 100mcg...and let me tell you @75mg I'm feeling the effects when I bike....its a damn weird feeling.....I'm gonna finish out the T-3 I have and thats it for me, I'm going to break out the calorie king, and just increase the number of easy junk miles during my warmup and cooldown....now, if you have will-power and can diet while taking T-3...you might go insane, but you'd loose a hell of alot of weight.

T-3 sucks unless you like sudden thumps in your chest when cycling, sudden "weird feelings" like you were startled or something...like your heart is reseting or something.....

Off the bike, though, the sides were minimal, when I first took it I felt hot all the time but I got used to it. I did have to drink lots more water. The night sweats went away after the first week. Its just that on bike feeling....the stuff I read says its harmless, but somehow my spidey-sense tells me the symptoms I'm having can't be good. I've only been taking T3 for like 3 weeks now, but its long enough to know that its not for me.

T3 is not a magic bullet contrary to what many think.
