Deadlifts: worked up to 435x1 with HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE form at 210 bw, this is 20lbs from my PR at 240lbs bodyweight, only used a belt and a pair of chuck t's Fatman pullups: 2x10 hamstring curls: 3x12 hypers: 2x30 seated low rows with wide grip on pulldown bar: 3x20 t-bar pulldowns: 1x25 My back and shoulder are doing good so I am going to increase my intensity and frequency. My plan is to pull 465 *10lb PR* in 4 to 6 weeks Dave

maybe i am stupid today,,, due to sleep depravation,,but what the fuck is a horizontal pullup??? All i can picture is laying flat on the ground,,and dragging my balls along the floor.....

Ta-da...you can put your feet up on a bench to make it harder, or try putting plates or DBs on your stomach.

ahh, thanks freddy....But,,i dont see much difference in that and a chest supported row.... Perhaps for those who dont have one i guess...... I think dragging my balls was better though,,at least more relaxing....

its real eazy to cheat on chest supported rows and pull the weight up with your biceps/brachioradialis. thats why I dont do them, even with light weight, I feel them too much in my arms and not enough in my back did you hear the one about the dog with brass balls and no legs? Dave
