I've heard it's hard to do cardio on gear like test & d bol. I've got both for my 1st cycle but think I'm gonna save the bol for 2nd cycle to see how react to the test. My question is, will I be able to do a decent cardio workout on test e? What is it with this type of gear that makes it hard to do cardio??

Cheers.

I tried to do cardio while on Sust/Tri-tren/Tbol but i got VERY bad spasms and muscle pumps in my legs/back and especially my shins and it made it just about hard to walk. At first i thought i needed new shoes so i got that but it didnt help. I even felt as though i ran out of breath faster.

Hey bro this is a myth in my opnion, people dont do cardio becasue they are lazy, you may gain some extra water retention fomr the Dbol and a bit fromthe test but if keep your diet in check and keep active you will be fine, no matter how much weight I put on I always did cardio.

later

I DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THE PURCHASE, SALE OR SHIPMENT OF ILLEGAL PRODUCTS, SO PLEASE DO NOT ASK OR ASSUME THAT I DO.

This is totally untrue. If anything, you are more energetic on gear. If you are experiencing muscle spasms or something like that, your water intake it too low. Up your water intake and you will see a big difference.

Winny of course will cause shins and knee joint problems in some users, so that needs to be noted.

I dont know....i got very very bad leg cramps. That might be because i hate running indoors on a tredmill and its like 95degrees outside with a rediculous amount of humidity. I might have just not been hydrated enough or something. But after a mile or so i couldnt even walk my shins and calves hurt so bad.

this had to be beacause you werent used to doing cardio...anytime i start cardio up after a long layoff i get super pumps in my shins...hurts like hell...its not necissarily the gear...you will adjust & it will go away...i think ppl use this as an excuse for not doing cardio!

Ehh...its weird. Maybe it is my mind and body telling myself i hate to just run. Cause now that i think of it when i got out and play on the soccer fields and shoot around or when i play volleyball at the beach or something i have no problems.

I do hate to run for the sake of running. But i dont like not to do cardio. I just dont do a lot of it.
