ok. i've been without as for about 5 yrs now. i alwyas wanted to be steadfast enough to do the whole "j guns super cutter" thing. so, i did my own variations of the hst program, still following the m w f routine. for the past 2 1/2 mnths i have only ran 3mi twice, and have lost 6 1/2bf, and gained 4 lbs lbm. i do the mandatory cardio, but as u know jb, it's a joke. SOOO, i've only been taking the bcaas, lean protein, and a CHEAP pre-workout thermogenic booster. these are the gains i've attained. i can't wait to throw some gear in the mix...trust me. but the point of this half-drunk post is to let whomever is doubting themselves know that it is MORE than possible to have a great body!
