A great day after the last few bad workouts. Great for the confidence. dl 470x2 395x3/3/3 My garage pr is 475x1 so this was very encouraging. shrugs 365x5/5 sldl 335x5/5 bent over rows 225x5/5 underhand grip lat pulldowns 5/5 gm's to parallel 315x5/5 obliques 2x10 biceps 2x10

This puts my opener for Nov 15th at 525#. I plan on 525/565/580-600 for pulls if all goes according to plan. I'll need Vlad to slap me around a bit before my final pull.

Belt and a pair of briefs. I can't use dl suits. I've tried but just can't seem to keep my fomr with them.

Nope, they tend to help me lockout the weight. Straps seems to bother me so I can't wear a suit. I'm conventional too.

yeah i tried to wear the inzer deadlift suit for my conventional pull once, that was some high comedy watching the video tape of me dancing around trying to get set up on the bar. The chunky boy dance....., but briefs do help a bit i think D

since we are on the subject... I deadlifted today and once again was unable to perform a rep with a belt on without incredible pain. I am fine and strong without a belt but as soon as i put on the belt HOLY SHIT mad pain in the abdomen. Completely screws up my form. any of you guys have that problem?

Bro you already have another thread going about this...don't hijack...Here is my advice...I am a fucking hardcore dude so I am sorry if I come off sounding like an asshole but SUCK IT THE FUCK UP...tweak your equipment... strengthen your fucking abs ...get mentally tough...to get mentally tough I sit in a tub full of ice or jab myself with needles just to toughen myself up...figure it out bro pain is the eternal specter of all sports and we the atheletes will not share the same pains but we all must deal with it...ANY WHINING WILL BE DEALT WITH SWIFTLY AND WITHOUT MERCY-this was what a sign said in our wrestling room...So bro do yourself a favor and stop whining and work on the problem.
