i dont know if the carryover would be that good on 315 10x10, actually quite poor. would be better off doing 315 for 20-25 at one set. carryover would be better when you reach bigger poundages with reps

I was only doing the 10 x 10 eowk tho. I was doing heavier sets on alternate wks. I was increasing weight when doing the 6 to 8 reps. The next wo both work sets would been 455 and when I could do 2 x 10, the weight would go up to 475.

Started higher reps this wk, instead of volume. Even the glutes got sore! There are plenty of slow twitch in the quads, glutes and hammies. So I'm looking for new gains.
