for 4 reps tonight. And they were monsters, it was almost harder to make em then lift em. I used 5 25s each side and the handle was 20. Even my neck felt it, and my chest got plenty of work braceing myself on the bench. I just wanted to see if I could hehehehe. But im gonna stick to 225-230's cuz these bad boys are a lil heavy, even for me...

Well done. I use the the reverse hyper machine in my gym to do one arm dumbell rows. I just grab the strap. It's also nice because you can throw the 100's on there.

Yep freddy I got your Pm, I just have to go to the college to download the 405 overhead. My puter is basically worthless and I consider it a good day when it doesnt freeze constantly. Most everything is broken on it, LMAO kinda like my gym...

Sure thing, JuicedSavage its a d-bell handle with 25s on it. Next week when I hit back I will take a shot of it. But im slow on pix, mainly because of my crapbox PC and my gf getting all pissy about taking pix in the gym! She actually gave me shit about the 405 overhead pic. It will be in my next batch, stay strong. STA

Well Blackshoes you asked for GREAT numbers so here's my Opinion. This is with no suits, belt n wraps only.Thats how I train so here it is. Bench-380+ Incline-350+ OHP-275-300 Barbell Curl-145+ Deadlift-585-600 Squat-585-600 D-bell row-160 All for 1-3 reps... Now these arent the best numbers in the world for a 190lber. but OVERALL I think they would be very hard to match, And thats what matters. Whos strongest overall, You know I dont think Ive ever seen a contest that really tests everything. It would be cool if something like it would start up. Thats why people are always argueing like 2nd grade bitches about whos got the better strength sport. Well I hope I this is what you wanted BS8. Stay Strong STA
