hello people. im new to this board. forgive me if my english isn't at it's best.
doing 5x5 for strengh maintenance while cutting (and actualy keep gaining strengh). don't care much about mass (i gain mass everytime i snees), just looking for pure monster (natural, for now) strengh.
hope to refine my knowledge through this board and others alike.
You have come to the right place to gain some excellent insight on lifting, nutrition, AAS, and the list goes on....
5x5 is great for strength. If you're cutting, and still gaining strength then you're most likely doing it perfectly.
