I would like to know if doing squats will make a person grow shorter or stop him from growing taller. Thank you.

How old are you Bro?

As for your question, 'no' they will not effect your height.

I don't see why they would, i'm 5ft 9, my mother is 5ft 3 and my dad is 5ft 6 so by all means i think I'm adopted Posted Image

i have trained legs hard and heavy for years.

only way to limit height IMO is to cap the long bones prematurely through AAS usage in the teen years.

Put some weights on your neck and you should stretch back out to normal again.

3 sets of 10.

I am 25 years and I am doing 20 reps in 4 sets as i have read this is the most efficient method. Did any one read Mentzer's book?

I read it, it's all about his system High Intensity Training. In my opinion his system is individual, if you understand what i mean. Anyway it is a interesting book for reading.
