1. I have Test Cyp and deca in vials, about half used, and they are about 4 years old. I'm not really worried about potency, but are they safe to inject? I've been keeping them in a cold dark place, in an airtight container. I'm assuming the answer is yes but I want to be positive.
2. Delt injections ok for oil-based steroids? Somewhere said not to do it, but I can't see why.

I'm wondering why too. You don't lift with glutes, except on squat day. Never liked delt injt.

Yes, you're fine as long as the gear is stored properly. If you're going to start a new cycle, unless you have it all already, you should really stock up first before starting.
I don't see any issue for doing deltoid injects. I do them all the time.

likewise. therewas a big study that indicated the thae UIC (area under the curve) is larger for glute injections, meaning more o fhte injection is bioavailable but mostof us have been rotating delts for years with no problems.

I just never liked doing them. Wasn't saying not to. If I'm using long acting esters then it's all glutes and quads.
