After my strength phase, which should be over may 9th, I think I would like to cut up for summer. I only wish I would have started working out a couple more months ago lol cuz I wanted to gain a few extra lbs before cutting. I hope trying to cut up won't cut into my strength or any of my size gains. I have a fairly high metabolism and not too much bf on me I was wondering if it would be possible to lose enough bf in time for june. According to the crapola body comp test I got I have 12 percent bf which I think is wrong but whatev.

I was thinking of taking some ephedrin, caffein, aspirin, CLA and then eat as clean as possible. Like jguns supercutter program. with moderate cardio like maybe once a week.

I take creatine and alot of ppl say creatine can give you some bloat etc should I cut that out for the summer?

Any suggestions?

maybe I will post a pic of me so you can see where I need to lose the weight.

i would increase the cardio to multiple times a week. clean eating and portion control along with serious workouts and planned cardio on an empty stomach are the key to cutting up.

By the way, in up north (my place of birth) is almost summer, that's why Brazil is unique due its continental proportions.

I remember that guijr! When we went around south america it was pretty bad because we left in summer from home and went down there! Needless to say in uruguay, when we were all in the town and having fun we got a lot of funny looks in shorts and teeshirts!!
