welcome to genx bro,the EQ and the d-bol need to be run longer.i would run turanabol instead of the d-bol on your next cycle

do your cycle as follows:

1)test cyp: 500-600 mgs a week for 12 or 14 weeks
2)eq: 400 mgs a week for 12 or 14 weeks
3)turanabol: 40-60 mgs a day for 6 weeks

proper pct to follow

Bump 69 on his cycle recommendation. That cycle will give you nice lean gains, escpecially the t-bol. T-bol is similar to d-bol but without the water retention and estrogen sides. Keep in mind that fat gain is all about diet and not about the types of gear you are using, as you can cut on any type of AAS. Peace.

Thanks to everyone who has helped with the suggestions. My next question(s). I have lots of questions.

1. Test cyp. or Andropen 275? I have never used A.275 would it be worth the try? If so how much per week? 1cc 3 times/week?

2. I like what I have read about the T-bol sounds good. What would ya'll suggest for the max daily intake? Should I spilt into multipul doses?

3. How would I find the correct calorie intake to increase strength and drop this fat around my stomach while on cycle?

Something I noticed with my last cycel. I was doing atleast 15miles of running per week. 3 times/week plus lifting 3 times a week. Should I decrease the cardio when I start the new cycle?

Once again, thanks for welcoming me in. I have been reading for the past couple of weeks and well it took me this long to figure out how to properly post.

Thanks to everyone, please keep the comments and/or advice coming.

I knew I would forget something.

Ya'll may find this hard to believe but I have never followed any PCT. Sad, very sad but true. So if I followed the above cycle what would a proper pct be?

thanks

Oh i forgot to say welcome!!!First off, from what i have heard andropen is great, i will be using it my next cycle.I would suggest .75cc-1cc eod.T-bol which i have used, is awesome at 50-60mg per day for 6-8 weeks. If you are using 60mg, take 20 in the morning, 20 6-8 hours later and 20 6-8 hours after that.As far as dropping the fat, i would suggest cycling your carb days. One high, one medium and one or two extremely low carb days.Eat 7-8 small meals per day, eat every 2-3 hours. This will fire up your metabolism. Eat low glycemic carbs like oatmeal, whole grains and brown rice.Eat plenty of lean protein, like chicken and turkey breast, lean steak and fish.Take 6-10 grams of fish oils daily in capsule form. This will supply your body with lots of healthy omega fats that will boost your metabolism and also spare muscle tissue while dieting, not to mention the numerous other health benefits of omegas.Try to do your weight training on your moderate to high carb days. Then do 45mins-1hr of cardio 5 days per week.Do your cardio in the morning on an empty stomach because that's when blood sugar levels will be low and your body will more readily tap into fat stores. As far as weight training, train no more than 4 days per week to recover properly. As far as pct, start pct two weeks after last injection and do it like this:

Wk 1 nolva 60mg/day, clomid 150mg/day
Wk 2 nolva 40mg/day, clomid 100mg/day
Wk 3 nolva 20mg/day, clomid 50mg/day
wk 4 (optional depending on how you feel)nolva 20mg/day, clomid 50mg/day

Let me know if i missed anything or if you have any more questions.Peace.

I forgot to mention bro, that is often very difficult to gain strength while reducing calories to drop fat. They are often considered conflicting goals. Anyways I just found a great post that was posted by Visions, a moderator here at genx. It was in response to another member but I believe you will find this info very useful. Enjoy!!

Quote from Visions:

"Be careful with the diet,,, dont go more then 20% deficet below maintanence calorie or you risk loosing muscle or 7000 calories less then maintanence per week...

BMR= Basal Metabolic Rate=The amount of calories to support your weight, not including general activities and exercise

BMR (men and women) = 370 + (21.6 X lean mass in kg)

Kilogram = 2.2lbs so you divide your LBM by 2.2

Activity factor=

Sedentary = BMR X 1.2 (little or no exercise, desk job)

Lightly active = BMR X 1.375 (light exercise/sports 1-3 days/wk)

Mod. active = BMR X 1.55 (moderate exercise/sports 3-5 days/wk)

Very active = BMR X 1.725 (hard exercise/sports 6-7 days/wk)

Extr. Active = BMR X 1.9 (hard daily exercise/sports & physical job or 2 X day training, marathon, football camp, contest, etc.)

Now lets plug in the numbers for you

LBM= 234 lbs - 16.5% bf = 195 lbs = 89 kg
BMR= 370 + (21.6 X 89)= 2292 calories
Now we add Activity Factor and I factor you at 1.55
So thats... 2292 X 1.55=3553 calories to support your current weight as long as you stay active, ie no slacking...

Now to loose:

2 lb a week loss = -7000 calories a week
3553 a day X 7 days =24,871 calories a week
24,871 - 7000 =17,871 week /7 day = 2553 calories a day

Diet is 2553 calories a day

Now you say you want to get down to 10%... lets shoot for 9 cause it will show your abs more and you'll be much more happy and you'll look so much bigger...

At 9% bf you'll weigh = 212 lbs So you'll need to loose--- (234 lbs - 212 lbs) = 22 lbs @ 2 lbs a week = 11 weeks...

Makes you feel better doesn't it... The key is to do cardio everyday for 45min to speed up the metabolism... Its best to burn the fat off then starve it... Stave it and your metabolism will slow to a hult and you wont loose... Loosing more then 2 lbs a week runs the risk of loosing muscle at the same time... You are prob carb sensitive so cut back on the carbs and get most of your carbs from vegtables and eat plenty of them... Just remember eating speeds up the metabolism and starving slows it... Just eat correct and clean... I say you will reach your goal in 3 months... Get motivated and dont cheat...

Get really motivated and go beyond the 9% and get ripped at 4-6%"
