i would like buffd or npc or ptest to give me a couple examples of what they run for precontest...... especially buffd since he looks freaking awsome on stage all the time... so give it up buff..... i want an example contest cycle, like what you take for contest.... i got 2 next year so i need all the advice i can get.

if he told you that then he would have to kill you, the cycle is important
bit not nearly as important as the diet is, Id rater have kick ass diet info

yeah bro the diet is important. i know Buffd likes to keep it somewhat simple. my contest cycle was similar to his i think.

wks 1-12 EQ 600mgs
wks 13-16 prop 100mgs ed
wks 13-16 masteron 100mgs ed
wks 1-12 ndex 20mgs ed
wks 13-16 ndex 40mgs ed
clen tapering up to 140mcgs ed
