what do you guys think about Nioxin for DHT related hair loss... ? Has anyone tried it and has it worked.......? Tell me your stories........ looks like im having a extreamly early stage of hair loss and i wanna know whats the best treatment...?

I use DP Minoxidil stuff. Their 2% regrowth Nizoral type shampoo is more effective the Nioxon. I also use their Xandrox kits. Seems to help. Haven't tried the Spirolatoalone yet. I only use Saw Palmetto when not on. Now if I only knew how much hair is normal to lose a day.

wholesalehairproducts has the same stuff as minoxidil except cheaper. both have good products reversed my hairlost. joe

I looked at wholesalehaairproducts, but I don't think they add the Retinoic Acid to their formulas (they do add Alzaic Acid though. Their shampoo doesn't have the Salicyic Acid I believe. I did some research and those additives add the the absorbtion of the solutions. I want to try wholesalehaairproducts stuff when I run out and see if there's a diff.

I use Nioxin and Nizerol shampoo. Nizerol twice a week and Nioxin the rest with daily washing. Also use topical spirolactone in the bald spots at night. I have had gradual hairloss for years before I ever tried an AAS. I think it has helped but I am still very gradually going bald. I don't think the tate is any faster pre AAS or after. So in my opinion it minimizes hairloss and may even stop it for a few lucky individuals.
