i got this bad ass toothache that has been bothering me all week. been dropping old back pain meds that i use for everything. ( yes i know i should throw away 6 year old medicine) this got me thinking. we know there is pain meds. precription and over the counter. so whats the best thing as far as an antibiotic legal med if it exist.

i would not try to self medicate a bad toothache, it hurts for a reason and can get very nasty if left untreated.
