Put 1.5 pounds cottage cheese in the blender with 16 ounces of milk, put in chocolate/strawberry sauce and blend. It tastes wonderful, and it's quick and easy. The weird thing is, I use the fat free cottage cheese, and nothing on this earth makes me, or anyone else who has tried these put weight on faster, they're faaaaaaaaantastic!!!!

I'm not sure how many cups that is. All I know is that I use an entire 1.5 pound container, 16 ounces of water/milk, and plenty of chocolate/strawberry syrup. When it's all blended it just about completely fills my 5-6 cup capacity blender.

Ive tried the cottage cheese in a blender - not a fan at all. It may be the chocolate and strawberry that helps, so maybe.

with just the cottage cheese and water, it would be 480 calories, 78 grams of protein, I use the no fat variety but if you used milk and fatty cottage cheese the numbers would be more. I don't know what it is about the stuff, but it really makes me and everyone else who uses it put weight on, which is kind of weird because there's really not that much stuff in it, but have 2,3 or even 4 a day and you'll notice.

Well....call me crazy, but, if you ate 1.5 pounds of anything several times a day, chances are good that you're going to put on weight. But, what the heck, I just might have to give it a whirl. Isn't that kind of rough on your stomach though?

you'd think that, but I can eat tons of lots of other stuff, and none of it ever puts on the weight like those damn shakes. It's kind of hard on the stomach if you're lactose intolerant, which I am. Makes for some pretty interesting days. 4 or 5 shakes of that crap and I'm really perculating.:(

hey that's awesome man, just had one myself. I've always kind of liked the heavy feeling in my stomach. Take 3-4 of those/day and that 10-15 pounds will be a cakewalk:)
