I have been following a diet plan
Well, I am 30 years old and I would like to loose some weight. Therefore I have been following a diet plan mentioned below: Breakfast - Apple maybe Banana or Carrot, Lunch – Salad, Tea - Salad, Maybe Pasta and Drinks – just water. How long would it take me to lose weight on this diet? My doctor has told me to cut out all fatty foods as it is affecting my heart. I would like to loose around 25 pounds. I will also be doing exercise, Walking, Dancing etc. I need your opinion.
