Oh God I'm Hungry
1st time EQ. Oh my God. I just ate my chair.
So today I ate sooooo much food. It sux being so hungry, but it's making a huge difference in the gym. All the food is giving me serious energy and my recovery is much faster. Pretty crazy.
Here's what I ate today:
2 bowls of cereal and a shake at 5am
stopped at Bob Evans for an omlet b4 work.
got to work and had a breakfast sandwich with eggs and sausage.
Another shake an apple, a pear and yogurt.
Turkey sandwich and a a fruit cup.
Another sandwich at 2, yogurt and a peach.
It's 4 and I'm starving!
Luckily I have very low bodyfat already.
You gonna eat that?
ya gotta love it. last thing in the world i need is an increased appetite!
