Try this, a container of non fat cottage cheese, a couple of tablespoons of fat free cool whip and a pack of sugar free-fat jello powder. Mix cottage cheese and cool whip add jello powder to taste. I also like adding a bit of pineapple tidbits or cut up strawberries. Really good and you can have a dozen different flavors.
